Since over 40 years we produce our very own pizza dough and choose the best fitting ingredients to create a Pizza as we learned it from our home region, the Basilicata.

Our pure dough is delivered daily fresh after its very special maturation process, designed with passion and love using only highest quality ingredients and finally baked in a stone oven.
